Overview

EY Law LLP seeks U.S. Business Immigration Attorneys to provide comprehensive immigration services—including immigrant and non‑immigrant visa applications, PERM, temporary work visas, and advisory support—to organizations and their employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize technical legal and procedural knowledge of U.S. business immigration law, including PERM, NIV, and IV law, to address client needs.
• Prepare, review, and submit non‑immigrant, immigrant, and PERM applications in a high‑volume environment.
• Manage client deliverables and expectations while effectively executing competing priorities.
• Facilitate the legal movement of employees across borders for business travel.
• Supervise law clerks and other client‑service team members.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance best practices for U.S. immigration client service delivery.
