The Role: Associate, Technical Support
The Team: We are responsible for providing technical support for our business intelligence tool. Our global footprint includes the U.S., Philippines, Pakistan, and India, offering opportunities to gain in-depth product knowledge and hone technical skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide the highest level of product and technical support to S&P Global clients.
- Showcase expertise in testing upgrades and new releases from a client perspective.
- Provide new user orientation, education, and installation assistance; troubleshoot technical problems and occasionally answer data and industry‑specific questions via phone, e‑mail, and chat.
- Work both independently and in groups, meet deadlines, and ensure accurate and complete work.
