Associate Tech Lead - Drupal

JOB AND CONTEXT

• Plan, Design, Develop and maintain web application using Drupal and PHP
• Lead the team of fresh and junior developers, coach developers on coding and designs using industry best practices
• Be hands-on and able to lead the team to resolve any issues and escalations.
• Designing and optimizing Microservices based on business requirements.
• Work with the product owners and business on defining the requirements and solutioning it to how it will be realized into technical design & solutions.
  
  
• Proactively provide improvements ideas and best practices in the mobile app domain.
• Participate in Technical reviews and interact with 3rd parties on integration requirements and design while giving the best optimal solutions
• Present and get approvals from architectural board and technical committee.
