The Private Bank sales/service model entails a Senior Private Banker (SPB) or Private Banker (PB) who is directly responsible for interfacing with clients on a day-to-day basis and is supported by an Associate Private Banker (APB)/Associate Relationship Manager who is the primary service contact for BDO PB clients.

As a primary service contact, he/she is tasked to engage with them on deepening relationships as well as assist the Sr PB/PB in administrative areas covering the latter's effort in customer onboarding, account servicing, transaction processing, report generation, and sales/account information management.
