Associate Recruiter

WORK BRIEF:

We are looking for Associate Recruiter to undertake all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires within full-cycle recruitment (end-toend recruitment process). This role will be responsible in meeting overall hiring nos. (weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annually) as required by the business.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

-Attract & evaluate external candidates by proactive sourcing via various internal and external channels.

- Process candidates through different phases of recruitment journey on SuccessFactor as compliance - Match & endorse qualified candidates, suitable to the job description provided by the business.

- Conduct initial interview & detailed behavioral HR interviews (through different interviewing channels) to determine best fit for required roles.
