Associate, Programmatic

We are a Growth Invention company built to help the world’s most ambitious brands grow faster. This role for an Associate on our Programmatic team offers hands‑on experience in automated media buying and programmatic advertising.

THE ROLE

As an Associate on our Programmatic team, you will support our Programmatic Managers in the daily execution, monitoring, and optimization of campaigns across diverse digital channels. You’ll become part of the ‘science’ of media, learning the technical details of Demand Side Platforms and turning raw data into successful marketing outcomes.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Campaign Launch & Setup: Support technical setup of programmatic campaigns within DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, and Amazon, ensuring accurate targeting, budgets, and dates.
• Pacing & Budget Management: Monitor daily spend to make sure budgets pace evenly and align with client objectives.
