Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end RFP/RFQ processes including scope definition, bid document preparation, bid clarifications and evaluation. Analyze supplier proposals using cost, capability, quality, risk and value‑based criteria.
- Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams to confirm specifications and delivery needs.
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential vendors, benchmark pricing, and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of category trends, risks and cost drivers.
- Develop and maintain a qualified supplier database. Draft, review and negotiate commercial terms, SLAs and contract clauses; coordinate with Legal and internal stakeholders to finalize contract documents; maintain a contract repository and monitor renewals, expirations and compliance.
