Job Description:

The Product Line Manager is responsible for planning, controlling, measuring, and coordinating all aspects of their assigned product line(s) to meet external and internal requirements. Lead a diverse cross-functional team and run complex projects to meet commitments in a fast-paced environment. Responsible for Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost targets. Continually increase profitability, efficiency, safety, and quality of a product line(s). The Product Line Manager will be the primary interface with Program Managers and is responsible for weekly team meetings to discuss product strategies and status as required.

Essential Functions:

  • Managing direct reports to ensure schedules for the product line(s) are achieved. This includes ensuring that the product line(s) are properly staffed in accordance with program requirements
