Responsibilities
- Provisioning and maintenance of Microsoft Azure cloud resources.
- Monitoring, maintenance, and housekeeping of on‑prem servers and storage.
- Troubleshooting system issues, implementing solutions, and documenting procedures.
- Applying updates, patches, and fixes to hardware, Windows OS, database servers and related applications.
- Assisting the Infra Team with system configuration, process enforcement, and security best practices in line with PwC global policies.
- Cooperating with Business Analysis, Systems support and Development teams for implementation and maintenance.
