Role Description
Installation & maintenance of company’s computer software and hardware/facilities;
- PC setup, installation, testing and troubleshooting.
- Support for production PC issues, failures, etc.
- Basic Network Setup and Troubleshooting.
- Receive issues, update tickets according to SOP, and prioritize ticket resolution within SLA.
- Perform troubleshooting on PC hardware issues, network failure, and be proficient with command prompt.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 0-2 years’ experience required in IT Technical support.
- Must be able to handle IT hardware/software/Networking and possess troubleshooting skills.
- Must be able to handle IT hardware/software installation.
- Good problem‑solving skills.
- Willing to learn more.
- Independent & hardworking.
Note: Must be ready to work on rational shifts and rotational days 24/7.
