Associate, HSSE

Job Summary

The HSSE Associate is responsible for ensuring the safety of workers and visitors at the construction sites. He/she shall implement the company’s HSSE Management System, develop and implement construction site specific HSSE plans, conduct site inspections, provide training on HSSE procedures, and investigate incidents/accidents that occur at construction sites. The HSSE Associate shall have a strong knowledge of HSSE national and local regulations and standards, be able to identify potential hazards and develop plans to mitigate those hazards, and communicate effectively with workers, supervisors, and other professionals on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Regular daily inspection of project sites to ensure a hazard-free environment and compliance with HSSE national and local regulations and standards.
