JOB SUMMARY:
- The Associate HR Business Partner is a high-performing HR professional who builds trusted partnerships with leaders and their teams to deliver a high level of value-added service and act as a champion for positive change.
- This role provides "senior generalist level support and consultation in the key disciplines of Human Resources throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Additionally, the Associate HR Business Partner will manage the recruitment process for salaried blue-collar, non-manufacturing roles for the Direct Distribution sites in the West region (California and Washington).
- Our ideal candidate will be located near San Francisco area with ability to work a remotely. Travel to our Direct Distribution site in South Gate, CA monthly.
