Associate Electrical Engineer – Electrical Installations

Quadrante is looking to strengthen its Buildings Business Unit by recruiting a Senior Electrical Engineer for the Electrical Installations division, based at our Porto office.

With both national and international projects of varying scales and typologies, Quadrante offers a unique professional experience in the Portuguese engineering market.

Main Responsibilities

• Design of Electrical Installations, Telecommunications, Security Systems, and Building Management Systems (BMS)
• Ensure compliance with project deadlines
• Develop efficient technical solutions tailored to client needs, calculated and dimensioned according to applicable regulations
• Develop tools and methodologies that enhance results and productivity
• Lead and manage the assigned team in the development and delivery of projects
• Mentor, support, and provide training to junior team members
