In this role, you will drive high-impact programs that strengthen clinical development execution and shape how we deliver science at scale. Your work will turn strategy into outcomes that improve speed, quality, and predictability across our research and development portfolio.

Accountabilities

• Support the Head of Transformation Management and wider programme on activities related to project management, across multiple programs.
• Lead large‑scale projects directly, taking charge of full scope and deployment activities.
• Spearhead transformative initiatives from conception to execution, leveraging your expertise and leadership to drive impactful outcomes.
• Manage and oversee transformation and improvement projects, ensuring seamless integration across our various functions in R&D.
