Associate Director, Adolescent EIOP Program

About This Role

Compass Health is seeking an Associate Director for our Adolescent Program with a focus on our Evening IOP Program. You will work closely with the Program Director to lead the Adolescent Team, while continuing to participate in active patient care. If you are passionate about helping other clinicians grow, and concurrently being given the opportunity to remain an expert in your clinical skills, you would be a great addition to our team.Our location in Northbrook is our first and largest facility and consists not only of our widest variety of programs, but also serves as a pilot site for many of our new treatment offerings.
Program hours run 10am-6pm Monday thru Friday.
What You'll Do:

Assist Program Director and Senior Director in overseeing quality of care in Adolescent EIOP program

Provide primary individual therapy and group therapy as needed

Development and implementation of program material and curriculum
