**What we need you to contribute to Ensono:**
+ Design, build, and support ServiceNow‑centric integrations using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and Flow Designer
+ Develop and operate AWS‑based serverless components (Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, DynamoDB) that support ServiceNow workflows
+ Troubleshoot and resolve production integration issues across ServiceNow and AWS, including API failures, data issues, and asynchronous processing problems
+ Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams to coordinate integration changes, incidents, and technical requirements
+ Actively participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and continuous improvement of the team’s integration platform
+ Create and maintain technical documentation, including integration workflows, data mappings, and operational runbooks
