Key Requirements
1.Experienced in projects.
2.Experience in EPC and commercial contracts, regulatory experience, PPP projects, project finance and experience in energy and/or other
infra sectors

Key Skills
1. Exhibit strong practice skills including (a) oral and written advocacy; (b) contract drafting; (c) analysing and communicating technical matters.
2. Efficiently manage timelines of assignments and are a multi-tasker able to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
3. Solution-oriented approach with proven ability to close transactions independently with minimal supervision.
4. Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal - with a proven ability to communicate to all clients (internal and external).
