Assistant Teacher

Teacher must possess the ability to: - Foster a positive and nurturing environment for children; - Effectively and professionally communicate with parents, fellow teachers, and a variety of other professionals; - Effectively plan and facilitate engaging and developmentally enhancing activities for children of varying ages and developmental levels; - Recognize and respond to children’s developmental needs and document developmental progress. - Work well with the cooperating teacher.

Personal qualities necessary: Patient, observant, team-oriented, highly self-directed and enthusiastic, diplomatic, developed leadership skills, warm and nurturing, multifaceted interests, life-long learner, etc.

Required Qualifications: Seeking an individual with at least NCECC I and II or a willingness to pursue .

Experience: A minimum of 1 year of early childhood experience preferred.
