• To guide, motivate and mentor the Marine Safety Officer including for administrative duties and understanding the requirements.
• To assimilate distribution records and confirmation receipts.
• To maintain professional and good communication and teamwork with other staff in Office and on-board to promote company synergy.
• Distribution of BCST and GROP messages and upload into the system.
• Provide support to Marine Superintendents for administrative requirements.
• Inventory of logbooks and printing requirements.
• Carry out other duties for the department as assigned.

• Prefer some years of relevant experience in marine document control.
