New York Pilates is seeking a sales-driven Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) to support studio performance, community growth, and day-to-day operations.

This role partners closely with the Studio Manager to drive membership sales, coach front desk performance, deliver an elevated student experience, and uphold NYP’s brand and operational standards.

This is a full-time position based in New York City and reports to the Studio Manager.  The Role Sales, Revenue & Membership Growth:

• Support and drive studio sales performance across memberships, packages, and retail through goal tracking, conversion, and upselling.

Team Leadership & Performance:

• Coach, motivate, and support front desk staff to meet sales goals while fostering a positive, accountable studio culture.
