Assistant Storekeeper

Description

The Assistant Storekeeper supports receiving, checking, labeling and moving materials across stores, paint shops and assembly while maintaining accurate documentation. This role requires working in shifts and ensuring a safe, well‑organized area by following 5S and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Keep the receiving area clean, safe and well‑organized at all times.
• Strictly adhere to and uphold 5S principles within the stores and receiving area.
• Receive incoming materials from the truck using a forklift.
• Unbox consignments and perform visual checks for quantity, quality, damage or mismatches.
• Label received materials accurately for traceability.
• Hand over receiving documents to the Storekeeper for system entries.
• Scan and file all receiving documents daily.
