Assistant Store Supervisor: Lead People & Sales

Watsons Malaysia is seeking a dedicated individual to assist the store manager in hiring and managing staff. Responsibilities include training employees in company policies and customer service, strategizing to achieve sales targets, and generating necessary reports.

The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills and have at least an SPM or Professional Certificate. The position is full-time and requires working retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
