Key Responsibilities:

Support the Site Manager in day-to-day operations

Oversee subcontractors and ensure work ispleted to high standards

Maintain health & safetypliance across the site

Assist with scheduling, reporting, and quality control

Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams

Requirements:
Experience of managing large-scale housing projects
Valid SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS certifications
Strong leadership andmunication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
