Assistant, Server - Universal Horror Unleashed

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for delivering best in class guest experience by delivering food and/or beverage to guests. Must have a passion for hospitality, providing attentive and friendly service while interacting with guests with intention to ensure guest satisfaction. Anticipates needs and proactively supports front of house Servers by effectively clearing, sanitizing, setting tables, restocking supplies including utensils, plates, condiments, and delivering food and/or beverages to guests and internal customers. Ensures cleanliness of the furniture, fixtures, and dining areas.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


+ Clears tables as required. Removes dirty dishes from table, gathers all soiled tableware to dish room, cleans and sanitizes tables and chairs according to established service standards.
