Job Description
- Assist the Project Director in planning, executing, and completing property development and office fit‑out projects.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Identify potential risks and propose mitigation measures.
- Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare project reports, documentation, and progress updates.
- Support admin and contract administration processes.
- Ensure keeping and maintaining all site reports and project documents in good order at all times.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
