Assistant Project Manager / Project Engineer III

Job Description

The Assistant Project Manager / Project Engineer III (Senior Project Engineer) is responsible for providing support and assistance to college project team members in the performance of their respective responsibilities.

This role requires the ability to step into more senior team functions as needed, including—without limitation—leading design or construction meetings, conducting field inspections, and preparing written and photographic documentation such as correspondence, reports, procedures, guidelines, meeting minutes, and proposed board action requests.

The position coordinates closely with the Design Team to ensure conformance reviews and timely, accurate responses to Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, and construction change documents. The role is also primarily responsible for maintaining project files in both electronic and hard copy formats.
