The Business Support Assistant is responsible for data acquisition, processing, and delivering high-quality, accurate reports to clients within fixed time frames, while adhering to KPIs related to quality, timeliness, and productivity. This role includes supporting Junior Account Managers, ensuring task accuracy, and training new team members. The Assistant also maintains process descriptions with the Account Owner and collaborates on customer or non-facing support activities, such as rate requests, rate card maintenance, fuel updates, spot quotations, and invoice audits.
