Assistant Merchandising Manager

Job Description :

• Managing customer relationships & customer Key Performance’s to achieve sales & Net Profit targets to meet company objectives.
• To manage the merchandising team effectively to ensure fabric and components Estimate Time Arrival (ETA) is on time according to production schedule to meet garment deliveries.
• Review profitability of styles, product categories, and delivery performance, manufacturing capacity for seasons and carry out necessary actions immediately.
• Ensure follow-up charts are being done on a regular basis and make respective personnel informed on Letter of credit and cash requirements.
• To recruit suitable and competent staff and identify training needs that make both the individual and the company improved.
• Implement and improve systems to ensure smooth running of the department.
• Work closely with the planning manager with regard to monitoring planning board and order confirmations.
