As an Assistant Manager – Human Resources Business Partner for the Clinics vertical of Aster DM Healthcare, Bahrain, you will handle business‑partnering activities across all Aster clinics in Bahrain and support the function in manpower planning, HR operations, talent and reward programs, and drive strategic programs for the business unit.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning
- Build workforce supply and demand plans.
- Supervise and participate in the selection process.
Policies & Procedures
- Ensure adherence to policies, procedures and techniques, and recommend improvements.
- Maintain comprehensive policies covering employee relations, compensation, payroll, benefits, talent development and management.
