Job Description

  • Administer all Procurement System and data management to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Provide and deliver second-level support by analysing, troubleshooting and resolving issues for Business Users, Business Enablers and Vendors.
  • Single point of contact between IT and Service Provider for all issues related to Procurement System.
  • Monitor and actively follow up on all IT and Service Provider issues and service requests, coordinating communication and escalation as needed to ensure timely, comprehensive, and satisfactory resolution.
  • Maintain and analyse support activity tracking, providing recommendation for process improvement to enhance efficiency.
  • Participate in all the system testing cycles for Procurement System enhancements and implementations.
