Ensure smooth inbound and outbound processes to meet delivery timelines

Monitor operational KPIs (e.g., on-time delivery, order accuracy, inventory accuracy)

Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives

2. Team Leadership & Supervision

Supervise and guide logistics staff, team leads, and operators

Plan manpower allocation and scheduling to meet operational demands

Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching/training

Ensure team compliance with company policies and procedures
