Assistant Manager, Sales Control

Supporting the Sales and Marketing Division, this position will oversee sales control activity, ensure compliance and drive accurate financial reporting.

• Lead and manage sales control operations on a timely basis.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, SOPs, and audit requirements.
• Oversee sales closing and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Prepare and present the annual budgeting process, including consolidation and analysis of budgets.
• Coordinate with Finance and Supply Chain to reconcile sales and inventory data.
• Manage product mix of sales in line with supply chain and business plans.
• Drive process improvements and maintain/update SOPs.
• Lead system and ERP enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
• Supervise and develop a team of Sales Control staff.
