Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure Quality Plan, Drawing & Gauges are in place to Hotend, LQC & PWA
Daily Metrology report analysis and propose actions to LQC, PWA & Resorting.
Complete inspection report after every job on / off
Preparing and circulating Unit Sample report for NPD jobs
Ensure SAP entries for Metrology and Job on inspection report
Preparing of Job on/off meeting report before every job change
Sample collection, packaging and sending the same to marketing and customer and ensuring its receipt.
Maintaining all resources to the department like gauges, stationery and housekeeping items
Maintaining and calibration of measuring Instruments / equipments for the department.
