Assistant Manager, Production & Events - Staging, Scenic and Props

Job Summary

Responsible for the development and management of the staging, scenic and props teams in Universal Beijing Resort. This individual is to provide staging, scenic and props support to events within the resort, manage system requirements of current and future needs, upgrading of technician skill sets, with safety, efficiency, and teamwork in mind.

Major Responsibilities

Develop a team of specialist technicians with staging, scenic and props skill set to support all kinds of events within the theme park.

Ensure inventory and assets are maintained for events with redundancies in mind.

Systems specified for events are to be planned with flexibilities in mind for changes in show flow or addition of show related items.

Manage appropriation, transportation, storage, training and use of staging, scenic and props throughout the resort and all relevant venues.
