To support the planning, coordination, and execution of outlet projects and maintenance works, ensuring timely completion, cost control, and minimal disruption to operations.
Key Responsibilities 1. Project Coordination- Assist in planning and execution of projects such as renovations, upgrades, and new outlet openings.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, landlords, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Track project progress and follow up on outstanding works.
- Support site inspections and project handovers.
- Support daily maintenance operations across outlets, including preventive and reactive maintenance.
- Ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues to minimise disruption.
