Key Responsibilities:
- Perform case underwriting to assess applicants risk across the regions in Asia according to the assigned underwriting authority and ensure the SLAs are delivered in good quality.
- Provide high quality and effective communications on the underwriting decisions to customers and distribution channels.
- Ensure all underwriting activities are delivered in accordance to the relevant LBU and Group Health Underwriting Standards.
- Proactively monitor and identify opportunities to improve the underwriting rules engine and processes to enhance operational efficiency and improve customer onboarding journey.
