Assistant IT Manager (Infrastructure)

Job summary

This role reports to the Head of IT, works closely with peer managers and key stakeholders across the organization.

This role is responsible for managing and maintaining the Organisation's IT infrastructure, networks, cloud services, and system operations to ensure security, stability, and business continuity across retail and coffee room operations. The role oversees infrastructure and store setup projects, manages vendors, supports business-critical systems including POS and ERP platforms, and leads IT support initiatives to maintain high system availability and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on experience in Windows administration, networking, firewalls, Active Directory, VPNs, virtualization, AWS/Azure cloud platforms, Microsoft 365, and retail IT environments.
