Assistant Food & Beverage Manager - Retail & Concessions

BASIC FUNCTION:
The Assistant Retail and Concessions Manager will oversee the daily operation of the Pantry, Beanery, Pico Taco, Toy & Candy Retail & Zamboni’s as well as other potential activations at the Lodge at Spruce Peak. They help train and motivate staff to provide exceptional service, maximize profitability and drive a positive culture rooted in the Core Values of Spruce Peak.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

·Responsible for the Daily Operation of the Pantry, Beanery, Toy & Candy, Pico Taco, Zambonis and other activations as applicable.

·Train line level Colleagues to ensure seamless & luxurious guest service.

·Manages schedule and payroll for employees.

·Communicate information to the service team giving them the knowledge to be individually empowered.
