Assistant Facilities Project Manager

Duties Description The University at Albany is seeking to fill an Assistant Facilities Project Manager position. Reporting to the Director of Facilities Project Management, the Assistant Facilities Project Manager will be responsible for directly managing the design and construction of smaller-scale building and infrastructure projects with Project Budget Estimates (PBE) of up to five million dollars. Additionally, the Assistant Facilities Project Manager will be responsible for assisting senior Project Managers with the management of the design and construction of large-scale building and infrastructure projects with Project Budget Estimates (PBE) of five-million dollars and above. Additionally, Responsibilities for assisting AND managing projects will be from inception through final completion and occupancy/acceptance.
