Responsibilities Operations Management Supervise daily facility operations and ensure smooth functioning. Monitor maintenance activities and renovation projects for quality and timeliness. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards. Vendor & Contractor Management Manage relationships with vendors and contractors. Coordinate project timelines and deliverables. Evaluate vendor performance and ensure contractual obligations are met. Strategic Planning & Continuous Improvement Develop and implement strategies to reduce operational costs. Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Optimize facility performance through innovative solutions and process enhancements. Collaboration & Reporting Work with other departments to ensure facilities meet organizational needs. Prepare reports and present findings to management for decision-making. Assist in implementing technology or AI-based solutions for facility management, as applicable.
