Assistant Engineering Manager

Job Description

• Monitors and ensures all equipment is in good running condition, reports status if defective, and recommends solutions.
• Implements preventive maintenance of all equipment and machinery, including auxiliaries, strictly following hotel standards and manufacturer's recommendations.
• Provides prompt, courteous, and efficient engineering service while following standard procedures for guests.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Mechanical/Electrical Engineering degree, licensed by the Professional Regulations Commission (advantage).
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel (asset).
• Strong leadership skills and technical strategy in engineering, hotel equipment and MEPFS.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and engineering-related software.
