Job Summary
The Assistant Design Coordinator supports the delivery of compliant, high quality waterproofing design documentation across a range of commercial and residential projects. This role involves technical knowledge, collaborating with clients and internal teams, and contributing to the development of design solutions. The Assistant Design Coordinator works under the guidance of senior team members and uses tools such as AutoCAD, BlueBeam Revu and M365 Suite to prepare and review design documentation.
Education / Qualifications
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related field or relevant experience
- Knowledge of AS4654.1, AS4858 and the NCC Vol 1 & 2
Skills and Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in design coordination, project management or waterproofing consultancy
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Bluebeam for drafting, markups and design reviews
