Responsibilities
Handle, examine and process the Accident & Health claims from initial to final stage.Answer incoming inquiries from the policyholders, brokers or relevant parties. Review the medical bills and accident reports for the claims processing. Support underwriting in understanding claims requirements associated with the release of new products. Maintain the relationship with insurance brokers and policyholders..Requirements
Degree Holder or equivalentAt least 3 years of experience in General Insurance claims focusing on A&H and/or Travel claims. Professional qualification such as ACII or ANZIIF is an advantage.
