Asset Manager - Real Estate Transactions (Real Estate Development & Facilities)

Reporting to NYU Langone Health's Senior Real Estate Manager, this position will play a role in all aspects of the development and implementation of real estate solutions in support of the health systems multi-year capital plan. As NYU Langone Health is consistently evaluating and analyzing its portfolio needs and investments, this position provides an unmatched opportunity for a talented person to contribute and learn.

Job Responsibilities:

Contribute towards the implementation and operationalization of capital planning and projects (new builds, consolidations, expansions) and real estate transactions (acquisitions, dispositions, lease renewals, expansions, contractions, terminations, buyouts, etc.) across the portfolio
