WSG Graduate Industry Traineeship (GRIT) program for graduates curious about how machines and equipment are used in high‑tech manufacturing.

Designed for graduates from all disciplines with no engineering or technical background required. Full training will be provided.

• Understand daily instructions from supervisor and plan & carry out tasks.
• Help keep machines running smoothly by cleaning, checking, and performing basic maintenance.
• Spot machine issues and assist in fixing them with guidance.
• Record machine updates and follow step‑by‑step instructions to ensure safety and correctness.
• Watch machine performance and note any deviations or required attention.
