Assembly Technician - 2nd Shift

Job Description
We are seeking an Assembly Operator IV or V to support fiber optic manufacturing operations. This role involves the assembly, termination, and testing of fiber optic cable and connector products in a cleanroom environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable working with small, intricate components while maintaining a strong focus on quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
Assemble, polish, and test fiber optic cables and connector components
Perform termination of single and multi-fiber cable assemblies
Support prototype builds, test builds, and new product introduction (NPI) activities as needed
Operate equipment including fiber routers and over-molding machinery
Measure components using calipers, gauges, and other tools
Complete required documentation to ensure product traceability
Inspect work using quality standards, work instructions, and technical drawings
