Assembly Supervisor Night Shift - 6:30 PM - 5:30 AM

The Assembly Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective assembly of plastic injection molded partsbefore they undergo painting or coating processes, ensuring that these components meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and timeliness.

This role is critical to Toyoda Gosei’s production process, supporting our commitment to delivering high-quality parts to Toyota and other automotive manufacturers in the U.S. and Mexico.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision of Assembly Operations: Lead and manage the assembly team, ensuring that all injection molded parts are properly assembled,

inspected, and ready for painting or coating. Ensure that assembly operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with established production schedules.
