Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an Assembly professional to join their team. As an Assembly team member, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, teamwork orientation, and good organizational skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Assembly - Temp to hire

**Location:** Des Plaines, IL

**Pay Rate:** $18.50

**Shift:** 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday

**What's the Job?**

+ Assemble individual components to complete sub-assemblies and finished products following SOPs and visual aids.
+ Use hand tools and magnifiers to handle both bulky and small components accurately.
+ Identify and report missing, damaged, or lost materials immediately to supervisors.
+ Ensure all components and finished goods are properly packed, labeled, and moved to designated areas.<...
