Architectural Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Attend technical meeting/site meetings with consultants and provide technical solutions.
• Manage and lead architectural project teams by outlining and assigning work, reviewing technical accuracy and outcomes.
• Manage architectural consultants to meet project program, design deliverables, authority submission and timely approval.
• Review and value‑add to designs, specifications and drawings submitted by consultants.
• Coordinate with structural team and M&E team to ensure final design is in line with architect’s design intents and requirements.
• Inform Project Manager/Construction Manager on any technical/site problems pertaining to architectural works.
• Assist the Project Manager in preparing reports and presentations to management, clients and stakeholders.
