Architectural Draughtsman

Minimum Requirements

• Relevant draughting qualification or certification.
• Minimum of 35 years experience in architectural drafting.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
• Good understanding of building regulations and construction detailing.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Must be detail-oriented, able to work fast, and work unsupervised.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel within South Africa.

Preferred Experience

• Experience on commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
• Knowledge of municipal submission processes.
• BIM coordination experience will be advantageous.
